How can I buy multiple items from your shop?
You can click on ‘Add to Basket’ tab for each item you want to buy from our shop and then pay all together once you finished shopping.

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Mastercard credit and debit cards, Maestro, Visa credit and debit cards, American Express, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing and Paypal credit as alternative payment method. All your transactions are processed through Paypal’s secure servers. We do not hold any of your card information.
I don’t feel safe using my credit card details on every website, how can I order?
We understand the web can be a scary place when it comes to credit card a fraud, that’s why all our payments are processed through Paypal, which we do not store or keep your credit card information with us, which makes it even safer.
I have paid for the order but it still hasn’t arrived?
Each jacket is handcrafted and made from fresh leather. As some of our jacket is made upon order, they ship in 5 working days. Please allow slightly longer during busy festive period. If it’s been longer than that, please drop up as an email to [email protected] and we will track it down for you.
What if I have a problem placing my order online or I’m not sure it’s gone through?
If you receive acknowledgement and confirmation emails then your order has gone through okay. If you have not had an email, go to the “My Account” section of the website and click on Order History. If your order doesn’t appear on the list, you would need to place it again. If you’re not sure or need some help, please contact us.
Can I amend or cancel an order once I’ve placed it?
Yes. Orders can be changed or cancelled before it has been shipped so please let us know as soon as possible. Please also make sure you review it carefully as you go through the checkout process. If you would like to cancel an order that has been confirmed, you would need to contact us before it’s dispatched.
Can I place an order online and pick it up?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer collections. However we hope to start this service for our UK customers very soon.
Do I have to sign for the delivery when it arrives?
Yes, signature would be required on delivery for safety and record keeping purposes.
What happens if there is nobody in when my parcel is delivered?
We mostly use DHL as our courier. If no one is home when the delivery arrives, they will leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from their local depot or arrange redelivery. If your order is sent via Royal Mail and you’re not home to receive it, they will leave a card asking you to collect from your local post office or sorting office. You can also arrange a redelivery at your convenience.
Do you accept returns?
If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please email us before returning your order so that we are aware of that. Please make sure you use a tracked and signed service when returning your order and provide us with the tracking number so we can track it on our end. Also make sure to you attach a note with your order number and full name and address so we can be sure where it came from.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. However, the delivery charges will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake made by us. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 days after the goods are received and credited directly through the original funding source only.

We only use 100% Grade A real leather made from calfskin & lambskin leather in most of our jackets. We also use Nubuck and cowhide. For Faux leather jackets, we use High Quality durable faux leather.

The jackets are made at our factory outlet, which is located in Karachi, Pakistan.
